We are on a mission to shape the future of labor, where flexibility is the new normal. Workers increasingly want to work whenever, wherever, and for whomever they want. And smart, growing companies use flexible workers to reduce costs and increase agility. To achieve that, we are building a software-ecosystem that houses all the services that employers and workers need to easily be matched and managed. We are looking for an experienced professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and focus to become a key addition to the founding team. Partner-level. You will have a unique opportunity to play a major role in taking our startup to the next level: achieving product-market fit and subsequent growth. Key responsibilities include driving business development and translating customer feedback into new product and service requirements. You will identify new sales leads, key players and potential new markets. Initial focus is on the Netherlands. ## REQUIREMENTS You have experience in independently setting up or growing a business or venture. You are looking to create, rather than just execute. To become an owner, rather than an employee. You do not shy away from challenging environments, with risks and uncertain outcomes.
